The yoga session gradually opens up the body, each sequence builds on the previous one and develops into deeper, more advanced asanas. The whole practice ends with a deep sense of mindfulness and improved well-being. Classes include a range of standing, sitting and back positions, rotations, balancing positions, forward inclination, back flexion, torso reinforcement. They end in a state of complete relaxation in the Savasana position.
