We move, we notice how we move and what moves us. We practice together to support each other. We calm our spurred mind by moving. The yoga session gradually opens up the body, each sequence builds on the previous one and develops into deeper, more advanced asanas. The whole practice ends with a deep sense of mindfulness and improved well-being. Classes include a range of standing, sitting and back positions, rotations, balancing positions, forward inclination, back flexion, torso reinforcement. They end in a state of complete relaxation in the Savasana position.
